Due to the over whelming amount of spam we are receiving from the form, which is causing problem for us receiving legitimate quote inquires, we are discontinuing the submit form from the site.

We have now set it up so you may fill the form and print your request. After printing, you may mail the printed form to us, or call our telephone number located at the top of this page. We also welcome your faxed quote request! The fax number is (256) 766-6724 which is also located in the top right corner of this page!

If you mail your form please be sure all info is filled in correctly! This will help us expedite your quote in a timely manner. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Update Febuary 26th, 2009

We are now accepting Pay Pal as our form of payment choice. Send us a request for a quote, by fax, mail or phone call. We will give you a quoted price which will include shipping charges. Once price is agreed upon we will email an invoice to you with button link to pay by Pay Pal.

Once payment has been cleared in our Pay Pal account we will ship your items out to you. Shipping is by UPS Ground. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us!
